From Kearny Mesa, Miramar or Mira Mesa
Take the 15 north. Exit Bernardo Center Dr and make a right, we are located in the Clock Tower Building immediately on your left.
From Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos or Escondido
Take 15 South Toward San Diego. Take the Bernardo Center Dr exit and make a left. Drive under the freeway and we will be on the left hand side in the Clock Tower Building.
From the Ted Williams Parkway/East 56
Take the 15 north. Exit Bernardo Center Dr and make a right, we are located in the Clock Tower Building immediately on your left.
From Ramona
Take Route 67 heading towards Poway. Make a slight right onto Poway Road/S4. Turn right onto Espola Road for approx. 0.8 miles. Turn left onto Twin Peaks Road for approximately 4 miles, then turn right to merge onto the 15 north. Exit Bernardo Center Dr and make a right, we are located in the Clock Tower Building immediately on your left.

We are conveniently located directly off I-15 in Rancho Bernardo at 16466 Bernardo Center Dr Suite 150 San Diego, CA 92128. Our practice has been offering comprehensive pain management services in San Diego County since 2016. We happily serve the surrounding communities of San Diego, Poway, Escondido, East County, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Del Mar, La Jolla, Miramar, Mira Mesa.
