Hazrat G. Rafah MSPA-C/MPH Hazrat Rafah is a board certified physician assistant and holds a Masters of Science in Physican Assistant Studies and a Masters in Public Health. Combined, he has had 25 years of experience, including orthopedics, psychiatry and pain management. Mr. Rafah has had extensive training in both the clinical and research settings with externships at Broadway Medical Center, Loma Linda University and research postions at Harvard and Stanford University. Culiminating with his certification as a physician assistant, graduating Valedictorian. Together, with the treating physicians, he will provide integral aspects of your pain management plan.
